Delete your hosted account or route a privacy request correctly.

For hosted ChtSafe accounts, deletion is available through the product settings. For enterprise-managed environments, the request path depends on who controls the deployment.

Important: account deletion is permanent for hosted accounts. Enterprise users may need to contact their internal deployment owner first.

Delete a personal or hosted business account in four steps.

Open the portal or mobile app

Go to the login page and sign in to the hosted account you want to delete.

Open account settings

Navigate to your account or profile settings and review the deletion option for the active account.

Confirm the deletion request

Follow the in-product confirmation flow. This is designed to prevent accidental deletion.

Watch for the confirmation email

If additional confirmation is required, complete it from the email associated with your account.

What gets removed

Hosted account records and account-linked data are removed or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Enterprise note

If your employer owns the deployment, Innovius may not be the primary controller for your account data or retention policy.

Need manual help?

Email privacy@chtsafe.com from the account address if you cannot access the product anymore.
